Splošni pogoji določajo delovanje spletne trgovine ter pravice in obveznosti uporabnika in ponudnika. Ob naročilu je uporabnik/kupec ustrezno opozorjen na splošne pogoje poslovanja in z oddajo naročila potrdi, da jih razume in sprejema.
Naša spletna trgovina se osvežuje, redno vzdržuje in vse informacije, ki obstajajo v njej, so točne in posodobljene, vendar si trgovina kljub temu pridržuje pravico, da po potrebi spremeni svojo vsebino (tj. ponudbo izdelkov, cene, popuste, fotografije, tehnične opise itd.) To nadalje vključuje tudi zaprtje same spletne trgovine. Slike so lahko včasih simbolične in ne odražajo vedno dejanskega stanja v celoti (različni monitorji in zasloni vplivajo na barvo končnega izdelka, njegovo senčenje in zaznavanje velikosti). Vedno je mogoče zahtevati več fotografij in informacij, ki zagotavljajo dodatne podrobnosti o posameznem izdelku.

VELJAVNOST PONUDB IN CEN
Za nakup veljajo cene, ki so veljavne v času potrditve naročila. Cene so navedene v valuti EUR in ne vključujejo DDV, saj nismo zavezanci za obdavčitev z DDV. Cene se lahko spremenijo brez predhodnega obvestila (ne velja za že kupljene izdelke). Cene veljajo samo za nakupe v spletni trgovini studio-olivna.si in se lahko razlikujejo od rednih cen in posebnih ponudb na dogodkih v živo, tržnicah itd. Ko kupec prejme elektronsko sporočilo s potrditvijo naročila, je naročilo dokončno in za njegovo izvedbo veljajo ustrezni pogoji na obeh straneh (kupca in prodajalca).
POSEBNE PONUDBE
Popusti in posebne ponudbe veljajo v času njihovega trajanja ali do razprodaje zalog v tem obdobju. Različnih popustov ni mogoče kombinirati med sabo.

Dostava + vračila
POŠILJANJE IN DOSTAVA
Naročila pošiljamo po Sloveniji, EU in mednarodno. Odvisno od vaše lokacije so časi pošiljanja nepredvidljivi in ni nobenega zagotovila, da bo vaša pošiljka prispela ob pričakovanem času. Zaupamo, da bodo naši paketi pri Pošti Slovenije d.o.o. (ali morda v prihodnosti pri drugem ponudniku dostavnih storitev, kot bo pogodbeno določila Tamara Šenk s.p.) dostavljeni pravočasno in nepoškodovani. Če so na pošiljki vidne poškodbe, ima kupec pravico, da jo vnaprej zavrne in izrecno zahteva, da se jo vrne prodajalcu.
Prav tako si ponudnik storitev dostave pridržuje pravico, da preveri identiteto prejemnika (osebni dokument, ime in priimek, naslov), v izogib morebitnim goljufijam in nesporazumom.

*Nekateri izdelki v naši trgovini so izdelani po naročilu, zato upoštevajte, da se trudimo, da bi vaše naročilo izpolnili čim prej. Povprečni čas obdelave naročila ali izdelave posameznih izdelkov je od 2 do 5 delovnih dni (odvisno od izdelka).

Poštne storitve trenutno delujejo tako nepredvidljivo in pošta lahko na eni od postaj obtiči za nekaj dni. Ko pošiljka zapusti naš studio, na čas pošiljanja ne moremo več vplivati. Bodimo potrpežljivi in držimo pesti za nemoteno in pravočasno dostavo. Poleg tega ne odgovarjamo za zamude zaradi carine. V tem primeru je stranka odgovorna za morebitne carinske pristojbine in uvozne davke.

Za domača naročila v Sloveniji so stroški dostave BREZPLAČNI za vse nakupe nad 55,00 €.
Za domača naročila do 55,00 € so stroški dostave 4,5€ in vključuje tudi sledenje pošiljke.
Dodatna pristojbina za plačilo ob prevzemu = 1,50 €
CENE DOSTAVE ZA EU, ZDA, Kanado in ostali svet:
Za vse nakupe znotraj EU so stroški dostave odvisni od aktualnega cenika na spletni strani Pošta Slovenije.

Strošek pošiljanja lahko obračunamo tudi brez sledenja. Stroški bodo nižji, vendar v tem primeru ni podatkov o sledenju, zato ne odgovarjamo za izgubljene pošiljke in ne moremo ponuditi vračila kupnine.
Stranka prevzame stroške dostave, razen če ni navedeno drugače (na primer: brezplačna dostava, dostava je vključena v ceno itd.).
**V primeru, da se zaradi pomanjkanja zalog ali katerega koli drugega razloga spremenijo datumi dostave ali naročenih izdelkov ni več mogoče dostaviti, vas bomo o tem pravočasno obvestili z uporabo kontaktnih podatkov, ki ste jih navedli med postopkom naročanja. V primeru, da ste naročili več izdelkov in enega od njih ni na zalogi, ne izvajamo delne dobave blaga (celotno naročilo odpošljemo naenkrat). Pridržujemo si pravico do odstopa od pogodbe, če želenih izdelkov ne moremo več dobaviti.

Plačilo lahko opravite s plačilno ali kreditno kartico (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Vse prek sistema Stripe.
Samo za slovenske stranke pa je na voljo tudi možnost nakazila na trr.
VRAČILA + MENJAVE
Srčno upamo, da boste z naročilom zelo zadovoljni, vendar v izjemnih primerih naša trgovina sprejema tudi vračila, menjave in odpovedi, vendar pod določenimi pogoji. Če imate težave s paketom in njegovo vsebino, nas o tem najprej obvestite po e-pošti studio.olivna@gmail.com z natančnim opisom in, če je mogoče, tudi s fotografijami napake. V osmih urah po oddaji naročila prek spleta (prek e-pošte studio.olivna@gmail.com) lahko zahtevate preklic naročila brez obrazložitve ali prekličete nakup v 14 dneh po tem, ko je bil izdelek dostavljen na vaš naslov. Le-tega v roku teh 14 dni tudi vrnete na lastne stroške (vključno z morebitnimi provizijami). Vrnjeno blago mora biti neodprto, nepoškodovano, neuporabljeno, v prvotni obliki, v enaki količini in v originalni embalaži z priloženo kopijo računa. Če je vse v skladu s pravili, bo naša trgovina v 10 delovnih dneh z veseljem izvedla vračilo denarja prek računa in plačilnih podatkov, ki jih je kupec navedel ob oddaji naročila. Vračilo bomo zavrnili, dokler ne bomo prejeli blaga nazaj ali dokler ne boste predložili dokazila, da ste pošiljko vrnili (predlagamo priporočeno pošiljanje). Vračila sprejemamo samo na naslov našega podjetja in vas bomo o prejemu blaga takoj obvestili po elektronski pošti, ki jo boste navedli. Pri vračanju izdelkov vam priporočamo, da uporabite sledljivo dostavo, saj ne prevzemamo odgovornosti za izgubljene pošiljke in v tem primeru ne moremo vrniti denarja.
Za vračila in odpovedi veljajo naslednje izjeme: izdelkov ni mogoče vrniti ali zamenjati, če so izdelani po meri ali personalizirani in če so bili poškodovani, po tem ko so bili varno dostavljeni na naslov stranke.
Ponovno vas prosimo, da nas kontaktirate, če se pojavijo kakršne koli težave pri oddaji naročila, dostavi in pred vračilom blaga, da se lahko dogovorimo o ustreznem postopku.

The general terms and conditions determine the operation of the online store and the rights and obligations of the user and the provider. When ordering, the user/buyer is duly notified of the general terms and conditions of business and by placing an order confirms that he/she understands and accepts them.
Our online store is refreshed, regularly maintained and all the information contained therein is accurate and up-to-date, but the store nevertheless reserves the right to change its content if necessary (i.e. product range, prices, discounts, photos, technical descriptions, etc.). This also includes closed online stores themselves. The images can sometimes be symbolic and do not always reflect the actual situation in full (different monitors and screens affect the color of the final product, its feel and knowledge of size). It is always possible to request more photos and information that provide additional details about an individual product.

Delivery + returns
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship orders throughout Slovenia, the EU and internationally. Depending on your location, shipping times are unpredictable and there is no guarantee that your shipment will arrive at the expected time. We trust that our packages will be delivered on time and undamaged by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. (or perhaps in the future by another delivery service provider, contractually determined by Tamara Šenk s.p.). If there is visible damage to the shipment, the buyer has the right to refuse it in advance and explicitly request that it be returned to the seller.
The service provider also reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient (personal document, name and surname, address), in order to avoid possible fraud and misunderstandings.

*Some products in our store are made to order, so please use that we try to fulfill your order as soon as possible. The average processing time for an order or the production of individual products is from 2 to 5 business days (depending on the product).

Postal services are currently operating so unpredictably and the mail can gain a few days at one of the stations. Once the shipment leaves our studio, we can no longer influence the shipping time. Let's be patient and keep our fingers crossed for a smooth and timely delivery. In addition, we are not responsible for delays due to customs. In this case, the customer is responsible for any customs fees and import taxes.
DELIVERY PRICES FOR SLOVENIA
For domestic orders in Slovenia, delivery costs are FREE for all purchases over €55.00.
For domestic orders up to €55.00, delivery costs are €4.50 and include tracking.
Additional fee for payment upon receipt = €1.50
DELIVERY PRICES FOR EU, USA, Canada and the rest of the world:
For all purchases within the EU, delivery costs depend on the current price list on the Pošta Slovenije website.

We can also calculate the shipping cost without tracking. The costs will be lower, but in this case there is no tracking information, so we are not responsible for lost shipments and we cannot offer a refund.
The customer bears the delivery costs, unless otherwise stated (for example: free delivery, delivery is included in the price, etc.).
**In the event that delivery dates change due to lack of stock or any other reason, or the ordered products can no longer be delivered, we will inform you in a timely manner using the contact details you provided during the ordering process. In the event that you have ordered multiple products and one of them is out of stock, we do not make partial deliveries of goods (we ship the entire order at once). We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if we can no longer deliver the desired products.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can make the payment by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All via the Stripe system.
For Slovenian customers only, the option of transferring money to trr is also available.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We sincerely hope that you will be very satisfied with your order, but in exceptional cases our store also accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations, but under certain conditions. If you have any problems with the package and its contents, please first notify us by email at studio.olivna@gmail.com with a detailed description and, if possible, photos of the defect. Within eight hours of placing your order online (via email at studio.olivna@gmail.com), you can request cancellation of the order without giving any reason or cancel your purchase within 14 days after the product has been delivered to your address. You can also return the product at your own expense (including any fees) within these 14 days. The returned goods must be unopened, undamaged, unused, in their original form, in the same quantity and in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice attached. If everything is in accordance with the rules, our store will be happy to refund the money within 10 working days via the invoice and payment details provided by the buyer when placing the order. We will refuse the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return (we recommend registered shipping). We only accept returns to our company address and we will immediately notify you of receipt of the goods by email that you provide. When returning products, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery, as we are not responsible for lost shipments and in this case we cannot refund the money.
The following exceptions apply to returns and cancellations: products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are custom-made or personalized and if they have been damaged after they have been safely delivered to the customer's address.
We would kindly ask you again to contact us if there are any problems with placing your order, with the delivery and prior to returning the goods so that we can discuss the proper procedure.
